MMW’s Litigation Department, handles all types of litigation and represents Israeli and international private and business clients in courts and arbitrations.  The Department handles commercial and civil litigation, control struggles between shareholders in both publicly traded and privately held companies (including and specifically discrimination claims), and capital market litigation, and represents companies, directors, officers and controlling shareholders in class and derivative actions under the Israeli corporate law as well as complex real estate litigation. The Department’s clients seeking advice on these issues include leading figures in the Israeli economy, controlling shareholders and officers of publicly traded and privately held companies, entrepreneurial companies and more.
The Litigation Department also specializes in representing clients in cases related to administrative law and public procurement law and handling complex administrative petitions. In this context, the Department represents, among others, giant international corporations in complex actions, as well as government-owned companies, statutory corporations, and public and private companies in administrative petitions, public procurement proceedings and large-scale commercial disputes. The Department has further expertise in handling infrastructure construction claims worth hundreds of millions of shekels and representing defendants, including public and government bodies, in class action proceedings.
