Adv. Asaf Shubinsky heads MMW’s Competition and Antitrust Department and co-heads the Litigation Department. Asaf is rated by leading international and local rating guides, including Chambers Global and Legal 500, as one of Israel’s leading attorneys specializing in competition and antitrust law.

Asaf has acquired extensive experience in providing legal advice in this area of law, including competition risk management, enforcement and compliance programs, as well as mergers, restrictive practices and cartels, monopoly and concentration.

Asaf provides ongoing legal representation to Israeli and international corporate clients operating, among others, in the food and energy industries, along with banks and other financial institutions, transportation companies, retail chains, high-tech companies, startups, publishing and advertising companies along with government ministries, statutory bodies and government-owned companies.

Asaf has also acquired vast experience in leading complex antitrust litigation cases, and represents MMW’s clients in district courts, the Antitrust Court and the Supreme Court. Asaf also handles complex litigation cases, including civil disputes worth hundreds of millions of shekels, class actions worth billions of shekels and complicated administrative proceedings before the Supreme Court and the Court of Administrative Affairs.
