The Infrastructure and Project Department at our firm provides comprehensive legal support to public authorities, developers, and private contractors involved in some of Israel’s largest infrastructure, construction, and energy projects — including Design-Build, PPP, and BOT frameworks — with financial scopes reaching into the billions of shekels.

Our team has been involved in numerous landmark projects, including. Representing the construction contractor in the “Pumped Storage” project at Mount Gilboa, including drafting all subcontractor agreements; Advising the contractor in the Israel Railways Electrification Project’s “Depot” complex. Providing ongoing counsel to the Israel Airports Authority in connection with the construction of Ramon Airport in Timna and the expansion of Terminal 3 — with a total project scope exceeding NIS 1 billion. Advising Netivei Israel – the National Transport Infrastructure Company, and Netivei Ayalon, in various national transportation projects, including the Eastern Railway and the Fast Lanes initiative. Advising the Municipality of Netivot in its roof agreement project for the development of thousands of residential housing units; and Providing continuous legal support to the Ministry of Defense in multiple large-scale infrastructure initiatives. The department also specializes in legal proceedings related to infrastructure and construction projects — including contractor claims — and regularly represents both employers and contractors in high-value disputes worth hundreds of millions of shekels. These proceedings take place before various courts, arbitration panels, and mediation forums, as well as before court-appointed engineers and expert arbitrators. In recent years, our attorneys have played key roles in some of the most complex and high-profile construction disputes in Israel, involving issues such as liquidated damages, delays, scheduling, and more.
