MMW’s Competition and Antitrust Department, headed by Adv. Asaf Shubinsky, provides ongoing representation to government ministries, statutory bodies, government owed companies as well as leading private and public companies in a range of fields related to competition, antitrust and market concentration laws.

The Department's clients include Clalit Health Services, Partner Communications, H.Y. Group, Israel Ports - Development & Assets Company, Israel Airports Authority, LG Group and more. Within this framework, the Department provides comprehensive legal advice, including complex legal opinions, and assistance in commercial transactions and collaborations, and specializes in representing clients before the Competition Authority, the Competition Tribunal and the Supreme Court, including in class actions, private lawsuits and criminal proceedings brought under the Economic Competition Law and related laws.
