Adv. Aviel Flint co-heads MMW’s Litigation Department. Aviel specializes in handling all types of complex litigation cases, including commercial and administrative litigation cases and class actions.
Within this framework, Aviel represents a wide range of MMW’s clients from the industrial, commercial, retail, transportation, infrastructure, communication, real estate, high-tech and other industries.
Over his career. Aviel has acquired extensive experience in representing public and private bodies in various courts, including the Supreme Court and the district courts, among others, in complex civil disputes worth billions of shekels, and in defending clients in complicated class actions of similar scale and advising private bodies, statutory corporations and government ministries on corporate governance, communication and tender law, and implementation of regulatory guidelines.
Aviel also provides ongoing advice to tender committees and top management of government and statutory authorities.
Among the clients by Aviel represented in such proceedings are the Israeli Airports Authority, the National Transport Infrastructure Company Ltd., Israel Ports Corporation, Municipality of Kiryat Bialik, Electra Group, H.Y. Group, Partner Communications Group, AT Group and more.
Together with Dr. Hagai Vinitzky, Aviel Flint is the author of ”Class Actions”, which was published in November 2017 and was this first book to provide a comprehensive, thorough and critical review of Israeli class action law. The book has so far been mentioned and cited in case law, including a number of Supreme Court precedents.
