Adv. Raz Ben-Dor co-heads MMW’s Litigation Department and head of the Libel Department of the firm.
Raz specializes in representing parties in commercial and civil disputes, in particular disputes between partners and shareholders of private and public companies, and is further experienced in representing clients in family disputes with complex financial aspects, including disputes among shareholders of family companies and disputes between spouses.
Raz also specializes in real estate law and represents developers and contractors in a variety of real estate related claims, and is also an expert in defamation law and represents media organizations and individuals in defamation lawsuits.
In addition to the above, Raz has acquired a unique expertise in sports law, and represents teams, players, athletes and officials.
Raz joined MMW upon its formation and has been a partner since 2014.
Prior to MMW’s formation, Raz was an associate at the law firm of Boaz Ben-Zur.
