Adv. Yael Rubinstein

Adv. Yael Rubinstein heads the Labor and Employment Relations Department. ‎
Yael specializes in all aspects of employment and labor law, and advises and represents ‎private and corporate clients, local and multinational employers as well as labor unions, across various ‎industries in the private and public sectors. Within this framework, Yael provides ongoing  advice on diverse aspects of labor law, including organizational processes, crisis management and strategic planning of human resource management in light of the organization’s culture, needs and regulatory requirements.

Yael also handles and represents the Department’s clients in complex litigation cases before various courts and tribunals, and provides strategic advice on litigation management.

Having handled Israel’s most complex labor relations ‎matters and conducted complicated collective negotiations, Yael also possesses vast experience in collective labor law, including workplace dispute resolution, strikes and stoppages, and collective bargaining agreements.

Yael has a proven track record both as an external counsel and a senior executive ‎in handling all aspects of a proper work environment, women employment, sexual harassment and retaliation, conducting ‎ disciplinary proceedings and architecting compliance mechanisms.

Yael also advises startups at different stages on planning and designing their ‎future HR environment, provides legal advice and support in mergers and acquisitions and conducts due diligence ‎investigations.

Prior to joining MMW, Yael served as Labor Relations Director at El Al Israel Airlines, and ‎prior thereto was an associate at N. Feinberg & Co. and Fischer Behar Chen Well Orion & ‎Co.

Yael is involved in pro-bono activities on a regular basis, and currently serves as a Board Member of the ‎Dolev Foundation for Medical Justice, as a board member of Maccabi Rishon Lezion Handball Club and as ‎the HR Director of ‘Little, Big Science’. ‎
