Adv. Amihay Oaknin is an associate in MMW’s Litigation and Competition & Antitrust Department.
Amihay provides ongoing legal advice to MMW’s clients and represents them in legal proceedings before all relevant courts, including arbitration and mediation proceedings, commercial and civil law cases, administrative petitions and proceedings related to tender law, class actions and consumer protection law.
Amihay joined MMW’ as an intern, and became an associate in 2025.
