Adv. Avi Ben-Moshe is a Partner in MMW’s Real Estate Department, with over 17 years of experience in Israeli real estate law. During the course of his career, Avi has gained extensive experience in handling complex real estate transactions, including land combination transactions, partnership agreements for construction of large-scale projects and sale of large-scale rental properties.
Avi provides legal advice and support to real estate companies in projects for construction of office buildings and commercial centers spanning hundreds of thousands of square meters, as well as residential real estate projects. Avi also provides ongoing legal advice to real estate companies and owners of interests in urban renewal projects such as Evacuation and Construction projects, National Outline Plan projects (“Tama 38”), and the like., and advises MMW’s clients on real estate financing transactions and land taxation.
