Shay specializes in advising and representing companies, banks, creditors, debtors, and investors in complex insolvency proceedings and various legal proceedings before the different courts.
This includes restructuring, creditors’ arrangements, liquidations, receiverships, and the realization of real estate and other assets.
Shay interned at Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano & Co., where she continued as an associate in the Insolvency and Commercial Litigation department, and joined our firm in 2026.
