Adv. Moshe Cohen is a partner in MMW’s High-Tech Department, and specializes in corporate and commercial law.
Moshe provides ongoing advice to high-tech companies and their investors through all stages of development, among others, on corporate and labor laws and financing and commercial agreements. Moshe also provides legal support to companies operating in a wide variety of fields, including biotechnology, pharma, medical devices, software and E-commerce.
Prior to joining MMW in 2011, Moshe was an associate at S. Horowitz & Co., where he practiced banking and corporate finance.
