Adv. Nahmany specializes in advising and representing companies, banks, creditors, debtors and investors in insolvency proceedings and legal proceedings in various courts, including liquidation and receivership, stay of proceedings, corporate rehabilitation, debt and recovery arrangements, creditors’ arrangements, and realization of real estate.
