Adv. Yael Rubinstein heads the Labor and Employment Department.
Adv. Rubinstein specializes in all aspects of Employment Law and Labor Relations. She consults to both individual and corporate clients, local and multinantional employers, in various industries in the private and public sectors. In this framework, she provides ongoing counseling, including supporting organizational processes and crisis management and providing strategic, proactive HR and legal advice designed to promote corporate cultural vision and business goals, as well as comply with regulatory requirements. Adv. Rubinstein handles all Labor and Employment law litigation, including high-level planning of litigation strategy.
Adv. Rubinstein also possesses vast experience in consulting with respect to extremely complex Labor Relations matters, leading collective negotiations, workplace dispute resolution, strikes and stoppages and execution of collective bargaining agreements.
Adv. Rubinstein has a proven track record of problem solving, including with regard to employment of women, prevention of sexual harassment and retaliation and handling of disciplinary proceedings.
Adv. Rubinstein also consults to startup companies in different stages with planning and designing their future HR environment, as well as supporting mergers and acquisitions and conducting due diligence investigations.
Prior to joining our firm, Adv. Rubinstein served as Labor Relations Director of El Al Airlines, and previously as an associate at N. Feinberg & Co, and an associate at Fischer Behar Chen Well Orion & Co.
