Employment and Labor
The Employment and Labor Law Department, led by Adv. Yael Rubinstein, specializes in all aspects of Employment Law and Labor Relations. It consults to both individual and corporate clients, local and multinational employers, in various industries in the private and public sectors. In this framework, it provides ongoing counseling, including supporting organizational processes and crisis management and providing strategic, proactive HR and legal advice designed to promote corporate cultural vision and business goals, as well as comply with regulatory requirements.
The Department handles all Labor and Employment law litigation, including high-level planning of litigation strategy.
Furthermore, the Department possesses vast experience in consulting with respect to extremely complex Labor Relations matters, leading collective negotiations, workplace dispute resolution, strikes and stoppages and execution of collective bargaining agreements; employment of women and prevention of sexual harassment and retaliation; handling and regulation of workplace disciplinary proceedings etc.
The Depatrment also consults to startup companies in different stages with planning and designing their future HR environment, including supporting mergers and acquisitions and conducting due diligence investigations.
